Our custom, high quality interior railings generally cost in the $450- $850 per linear foot range. This standard price can be significantly more when an elaborate design is desired and/or the project is small. Some designs, when adding bronze caprail, can run $2,000 per linear foot.
Our custom, high quality exterior railings generally cost in the $250- $350 per linear foot range. This standard price can be significantly more when an elaborate design is desired and/or the project is small.
Our top-of-the-line driveway gates typically start in the $20K range, but we have we have done gates that cost over $70K. As for our automation packages with all the bells and whistles, they can range between $18K-$22K.
We build custom, high quality fencing. Unlike the mass produced, hollow picket, rivet assembled fences, ours are built solid and built to last just like fences built 100 years ago! We custom create to your specific design vision and specific property needs using solid pickets that are welded in place. Due to this higher quality standard we provide, the cost of our typical fence is $250- $350 per linear foot. This cost can increase substantially when the design has a high level of detail, or if the footage of fence is less then 100ft long (less footage means we have less to spread our mobilization costs over).
Our staircases are no joke! High end, solid construction creations. The prices vary drastically when it comes to staircases. As a ballpark number, our one-piece designer spiral staircases would be $18K-$36K; depending on railing style. Our double helical designer stairs are in the $38K-$60K range; again, depending on the railing style.
Due to our backlog at this time, we may not be able to serve you outside of our normal scope of work. However, we do invite you to submit your request.
