Custom Iron Privacy Fence

After 10 years, I was finally able to check off one item from Susie’s to do list. For years, she wanted a privacy fence that has a barrier to separate us from noisy neighbors and the neighborhood convenience store.

Wood, vinyl, composite or masonry fence simply was not an option. With our love and passion for Ironworks, building anything other than a metal privacy fence would have been not OK and would have felt sacrilegious!

3 years ago fence and structural design commenced. The goal was for a Iron privacy fence design that could in no way be mistaken for wood, composite or vinyl.

2 years ago we bought all the material and solidified design. But with our work load and finally really got going last Oct. All the scroll materiel was surface hammered, the acanthus leaves were custom forged. The 6″ post had custom mill work shoulder detail. The main panel was tongue and groove aluminum, brought up from Florida. And we custom created a hammered and scroll texture for the perimeter of each aluminum fence panel.

Some people as if we are building Trumps fence or border wall. I say “No, this is an exclusive Susie’s fence!”
