A couple had built a dream home on a Northeast lakefront property were looking to surround the entire property with the best security fence that also met pool code, and at the same time accentuated the immaculate landscape by the landscape architect. They wanted a very rigid fence, that presented a barrier for intruders to penetrate, but yet had visual beauty and was still easy for them to access the backyard and boat deck.
For the impenetrable aspect, 1” solid aircraft aluminum pickets were utilized and elegant Fleur-de-lis finials provided beauty on this property fence. Custom created horizontal channels provided stiffness and 3” sq. posts embedded in concrete had stability and rigidity.
The access concern was met with key-less mechanical latches on all the security gates by the water front and property perimeter.
With most of the landscape already planted, the fence install was challenging to not damage the plantings.
When completely installed, the clients were thrilled with the balance of security and beauty that this custom residential fence brought to their property. And it will provide them with elegance and privacy for their own private haven that they can enjoy for many years to come.
